Bauer Visual Graphics, Inc. began its endeavor into the identification business in February of 1973. The company was established by the Bauer family in the den of their home in Pasadena, Texas. In December of 1991 the company opened an office in Freeport, Texas to service the Brazosport area. The Pasadena office is the home office for the company.
Many changes in manufacturing and technology have taken place over the past several decades, from manual engraving in 1973 to the first computerized engraving system in 1979. In the mid 80's computer generated vinyl lettering began and now full color digital printing on many different substrates is available.
Bauer Visual Graphics is pleased to offer all products from the Brady Corporation, our company has been a distributor for Brady since 1978. Many changes have come about in this industry as well, such as self contained thermal label printing systems (handheld and benchtop models), state-of-the-art identification systems for pipe marking, wire marking, Scafftag (for scaffolding and other assets).
The owner and management have been involved in both communities, serving on boards or commities for the Pasadena, Deer Park & Brazosport Chambers of commerce, Rotary, YMCA, The Wheelhouse, Asbury United Methodist Church, Brazosport Girls Softball Association, Turner Elementary Site Based Development Team, The North Pasadena Business Association, Communities in Schools, just to name a few.
